I switched to linode because my previous host never responed to support tickets. After signing up with linode I submitted a ticket to get a DirectAdmin license. After more than a week my ticket hasn't been repsonded to.
Based on the comments on IRC I susect that caker is out of town and doesn't have a backup -- so you might want to consider another alternative if you need support |
