Host 20 is running through an fsck -- Linodes will be booted after that.

It looks like host20 OOMed (it was running the wretched 2.6.10 host kernel).

Any idea what have eaten all the mem?

Nothing ate all the memory - the OOM killer just fires up and starts killing processes before a true OOM situation is reached. This is a problem introduced in earlier kernel versions (2.6.7??) but which has only really manifested itself after additional changes in 2.6.10. I think caker has patched 2.6.10 for a temporary solution and 2.6.11 will be here soon to save the day
