Host45 paniced. This has been an elusive problem to diagnose -- it only happens occasionally, and I haven't been able to capture a trace of the panic.
I'm fairly sure it's the same problem that's responsible for the other random crashes that other host have experienced.
I still have more to investigate, but for now I'm restarting the Linodes.
