We don't run DNS servers for Members - that is something we'd like to offer in the near future.

was wondering, with the webmin control panel there is a facility that allows you to edit dns records, from what you have stated above does this mean that this facility is not available?

Right - yes, you can run your own bind/name servers, host as many domains and edit the config all you like, it's just that you don't control reverse IP mappings.
We can change what your IP points to if you fill out a support ticket.

A lot of people have suggested http://www.zoneedit.com/ for hosting your DNS. They offer a free 5-domain DNS account.
