I have www.thought-crime.co.uk and thought-crime.co.uk (domains on 1and1 nameservers) both pointing at my linode.

I use the debian style hosts-available/ and hosts-enabled/ layout of apache configs.

To cut a long explanation short, i have 2 virtyal host configs that are IDENTICAL except the differences in DNS name, http://thought-crime.co.uk works. http://www.thought-crime.co.uk goes to my default host.

Anyone have any idea as to what's going on?

Ok, this has a really easy answer. For some reason a dot '.' in the name of the config file seems to break things. Odd.
