I can't receive Reset Password's email for Members Area

I've lost my Members Area password.
I've did a recover my password step, but since then i didn't receive any e-mail.

What should I do?

I just checked the password reset system and it is working OK.

check your spam mailbox(es)
check that you provided a valid invoice or payment number
try again
go on IRC and look for caker or mikegrb
