Host 28 became unresponsive and was rebooted. Linodes are coming up now.

When this happened yesterday, I updated the host's kernel to 2.6.18, along with the latest version of the SKAS patch for UML. Some people have been experiencing problems with UML complaining that the default console can't be found, preventing their Lindoes from booting. So, I'm going to be performing a graceful reboot of all nodes on this host while I downgrade the host's kernel.

I'll be doing this tonight, Monday evening, sorry for such short notice but I want to get everyone's nodes back online.

I'll post an update here once it's completed.

what is the deal? our server has been down since Saturday night. That is over 2 1/2 days of downtime which I find unacceptable.

This has been completed. Linodes are starting up now.

I was able to gather some debug information for Jeff, so hopefully this wasn't all in vain.

Thanks,
-Chris
