All,
I subscribed to Linode a few days ago. After faxing a photocopy of my credit card, I have not heard from Sales yet.
In the registration form it says the activation usually takes a few hours. It's been over 4 days for me so far.
I have tried to contact service@linode.com with no success. Is there any other email address I can use? How long does activation usually take?

| There've been several posts on the boards here about problems with that. I suggest logging in to the IRC channel and looking for an admin there. |

We didn't receive your FAX (are you sure it went through?), however, upon further review of your signup I decided to activate your account without requiring the additional information.
