My linode, recently migrated to host73, died around 02:45 EDT today. When I looked on the console I was told that no linode was running.
A "boot" from lish worked fine and the system came up OK.
Nothing showed in /var/log/messages
The only thing that was running "out of the ordinary" was the weekly level 0 dump.
Now, my linode has been running stable on host21 for years. I hope this move to host73 hasn't introduced instability into the system. I'll be very upset if it has! :( |
