We will be replacing host9 - host14 and need to migrate Linodes currently located on these hosts to a new home. This process will also allocate the upgraded resources to your Linode:

To migrate off host9 - host14 onto a new and faster host, please log into the LPM and utilize our Migration Queue tool:

https://www.linode.com/members/migrate/

Once you accept (by clicking a button) your Linode will enter the "Migration Queue". The queue limits the number of concurrent migrations. You should leave your Linode running. When your turn in the Queue comes around, your Linode will be shutdown, migrated, upgraded to the correct resources, and booted.

The migration should take 3 - 4 minutes per GB. This migration changes only the host you use to access Lish. Your IP address(es), config profiles, disk images, etc. all move to the new host automatically.

You may perform the migration at your leisure. Linodes that have not been migrated by Sunday, April 29th (6:00 PM EDT / 22:00 UTC) will be migrated automatically some time that evening.

If you are currently on host9-host14 you should be receiving an e-mail shortly.

If anyone has trouble booting their Linode on the new hardware, or is seeing their Linode hang after...
Code: VFS: Mounted root (ext3 filesystem) readonly.
...please change your kernel in your configuration profile from "Latest 2.4" to "Latest 2.6" and reboot. This will fix the problem.
