ThePlanet's power switch burned out, so they're replacing it. I've got an ETA "around 30 minutes". I'll be harassing them in 30 minutes on the dot if we're not back in business by then...

Power has been restored. Hosts are currently up and Linodes that were running are being restarted now.

Power strip has been replaced, servers have been booted -- Linodes are coming online now.

| Thanks for taking care of it so quickly! I have a friend who's on another service whose account was down for a good part of a day so by comparison this isn't so bad. |
