Hello everyone!
I wonder if "Linode 300" is a good solution for me. I run a multi-site Drupal installation and I currently host my sites with DreamHost. Some time ago they disabled the database table used by the search engine.
From what I've heard the problem with most Drupal sites is a large number of database queries. My sites are visited by about 30 000 visitors per month (as reported by Google Analytics) and they currently generate a maximum of 10 000 database connections and 2 000 000 queries per day.
Do you think "Linode 300" can handle it? |

We're not trying to ignore you, but this is a really hard question to give a definitive answer to.
I want to say yes, assuming your database's indexing, caching, keys, etc are set up appropriately. But it'll only cost you $20 to find out for sure. And it's easy to move up a bit if you need to. |

Er ... would this be ten thousand concurrent connections, or just 10k connections over the period of one day, with an active pool of say 20-50 concurrent connections?
