|

Well this is more of a funny story, but also a suggestion for Shore Networks :)
Today I went to use my credit card, the first time since Linode transactions several days ago.
Anyway with a very healthy available credit balance, my card was being declined.
After a lot of frustration I called my card issuer and they were "Hey, you have fraud transactions on your card we froze it for you, they were from the USA at the early hours of the morning, Shorenetwork"
I laughed, my sweetie laughed and we told them they were OK.
They said "But the amounts were "small and occurred a number of times"
Part of the problem is that Shore isn't Identifying in the transaction (whatever that means)
Anyway, thank goodness it was something simple! So now our credit card is active again and life returns to normal - well as normal as it does for us, driving around Aus in a CAravan with a laptop ana a mobile phone as our Broadband internet connection :)
Thank goodness for Linode! I wont be driving across the state to fix my server when it some tragic hardware fault happens next time!
Now Linode doesn't suffer from that does it? I won't have to fly to the USA to fix my boxen : Maybe Virtually huh!
So my suggestion is that pe |

Every place has the "best" BBQ, because every place has *different* BBQ. Is Carolina pulled-pork "better" than Texas smoked fatty brisket? So it's quite possible that Birmingham has the best Alabama-style BBQ ribs.... |
