Hello,

I am currently using another VPS provider, but I am thinking about changing to Linode. If I sign up for 1 month and I like the service, can I then pay for more time in advance?. In my current VPS provider, I can pay for 1 month, then pay for 3, 6 or 1 year.

Also, there should be something like a "free setup fee" for new customers coming from another provider ;).

One more question, how good are Linode uptimes? Will a Linode survive more than 30 days without the host machine being rebooted? My current VPS has a max. uptime of 10 days.

Bye.

Switching payment terms is not a problem; you can pay month to month or take advantage of the free disk space for annual payments.

Uptimes have been 100% for all our host machines, with the exception of host4 which is being replaced this week.

Thanks,
