There used to be an Our Network page talking about the Linode hardware/data centers... How come it's gone?

The wiki still links to that page, but now it redirects to http://www.linode.com/why.cfm which only lists what cities they are in.

I want to recommend Linode to somebody, and that's exactly the kind of info that would help make them feel like Linode was a reliable choice. But I'd feel strange pointing them to a Wayback Machine archived page. (Who knows if it's still accurate?)

That page was a casualty of the new site design. We felt the page had too much on it and that most people would skim through it. We've kept the important information (geographic locations, hardware specs) on the page you mentioned, and we'd be happy to answer any other questions you or they may have.

For me personally, the more information the better. I suggest you have one overview page and a link on it that is called "details". Then all of us would be satisfied.
