I will post a full testimonial later. But for now -- very little to complain about:
up 26 days, 8 min, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
I have noticed that I can tell when someone else is thrashing the system around (in another linode)....But most of my stuff is very low footprint....
I think another interesting thread would be what type of apps and user loads people are putting on their linodes.
As for me....I am totally happy now that Slackware has "swaret" -- most of the advantages of apt-get (as far as keeping up to date with bugfixes and security patches)....and you can use a distribution that actually has new versions of software..noble concept. |
