rsync woes

rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(1045)

got that one nailed at me while transferring files from HE to the ThePlanet... any thoughts? :(

heh nevermind, the deeper i dig it appears this is a rather ubiquitous question since rsync uses this error on the client side for practically everything :P

think it's a permissions issue...
