I run business in Poland and Polish law does not allow to register costs on basis of a credit card bill. It is required to have a paper invoice for any company cost. If we buy a virtual server can we get a paper invoice signed by your employee sent to us by snail-mail?
Best regards,

Are paper invoices really required seems rather out-dated.

That's not very helpful to read that legal requirements in my country "seem rather out-dated". I already know that. I live here for over 30 years. Can you answer my original question?

| I think only Chris can answer this question, since to my knowledge he's the only employee at Linode. |

Hello Michal,
Do your laws really require a signed invoice? That sounds like a pain for everyone.
Will a printable invoice work? I'm working on a nice looking printable template for the invoices, in which I could include a scanned signature (I'll have to check on doing this, actually). But for now, you could at least print the version that's in the LPM (the control panel) or the invoice that is emailed to you each billing term.

Is chris the only one employee here???
Hmm, we know we don't plan when to get seek, so what would happen then?
Perhaps, it would be better if there is more than one skilled technician in the company
Regrads.

I agree. I'd like to avoid problems with our tax office. I could possibly try other options if I won't be able get a signed invoice.

No. A scanned signature won't work.
Would it be possible to get at least a yearly signed invoice?
