| In case you didn't notice, these forums are meant primarily for linode users to help one another. As he can, caker pops in and answers questions, but you really should contact him directly. For fastest response, try IRC. He's usually online during normal North American hours, with a tendency to late nights. My experience has been that he's very good at responding quickly, so I'm betting there's more to this story than you getting accidentally cancelled. |

| I'd recommend creating a trouble ticket. Luckily we have no limit on those, for I think I'd use up my limit very frequently if that was the case. |
