NFS Limitations ?

Hello
I currently have two linodes on the HE facility, and I'm trying to copy backups between them ... I have a 400 mb file, but when I start copying it (using NFS) it just hangs with no reason.
Anyone knows of any limitations on this ?

I thought I saw something about NFS being blocked before. The FAQ lists port 111 (sunrpc) as filtered (http://www.linode.com/products/faq.cfm?id=25) . Why not use rsync?
