This is still a work in progress.... Make sure to make a backup of your disk image before doing this on a production Linode...
Code: # urpmi.removemedia -a
# urpmi.addmedia --wget main ftp://mirrors.secsup.org/pub/linux/mandrake/Mandrakelinux/official/9.2/i586/Mandrake/RPMS with ../base/hdlist.cz
# urpmi.addmedia --wget contrib ftp://mirrors.secsup.org/pub/linux/mandrake/Mandrakelinux/official/9.2/contrib/i586 with ../../i586/Mandrake/base/hdlist2.cz
# urpmi.addmedia --wget --update updates ftp://mirrors.secsup.org/pub/linux/mandrake/Mandrakelinux/official/updates/9.2/RPMS with ../base/hdlist.cz
# urpmi --wget --auto-select --auto --force
# urpmi --wget --auto-select --auto --force

PS: Mandrake 10.1 *will* have a UML compatible installer as a feature. The work has been green lighted!! Visit http://opencurve.org/~sunny/mandrake-cooker/uml_purposed_ideas.txt and the Mandrake Wiki http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/twiki/bin/view/Main/IdeasForMandrakelinux101 for more |
