While adding a removed disk back to the raid array (which happens sometimes due to a bug or interrupt problem in Linux, actually 2.4 handled this, first time trying on 2.6), host13 gradually became unresponsive. As a result, I rebooted it. All Linodes have been restarted. Downtime was only a few minutes.
