Apache logfile analysis?

Does anybody have a logfile analysis tool for Apache that they particularly like? I've been asking all of the other apache-using folks I know and nobody bothers reading their logs. And I'm a NT-based-hosting refugee (ducks rotten tomatoes) who isn't familiar with what folks use on Apache.

Webalizer is probably the most popular free/OS stats generator, with AWStats close behind.
