Linode Manager for iPhone is compatible with Apple® iPhone® and iPod touch®. The application is not compatible with other iPod® devices. Additionally, iOS ≥ 3.0 or later must be installed on the device. How can I tell?
An Internet connection is necessary to use the application. For best performance, an 802.11b/g wireless Internet connection is recommended.
Linode Manager for iPhone is available on the App Store℠ and can be installed through iTunes® (or downloaded on the device itself, without a computer). Check out the iTunes FAQ or iPhone how-tos for more information.
You can uninstall Linode Manager for iPhone as you would any other iPhone application; tap and hold the home screen until the icons wiggle and display remove badges, then tap the remove badge. Apps may also be uninstalled through iTunes. Have a look at the iPhone how-tos for more help.
Linode Manager for iPhone checks to see if a newer version is available on the App Store every time it is started. If a new version is available, it will notify you once regarding that version via a message at login.
The App Store interface should indicate a newer version is available, as well. Upgrading is just like installing a new application, and is handled via iTunes or on the device itself.

On the detail screen for a Linode is an indicator of the Linode's current status, with a tiny power symbol. Tapping that status will bring up a menu of things to do, depending on what state the Linode is currently in.
If the Linode has more than one configuration, you will be able to choose which one to boot.
Yes. Linode Manager for iPhone respects all grants set up on an account, and will restrict operations just like the Linode Manager does — including visibility of Linodes and domains.
No. Although one can be entered, Linode Manager for iPhone works well using just a username and password by retrieving the API key for you. If a user is currently logged in and the API key is changed in the Linode Manager, however, Linode Manager for iPhone will need to be logged out and back in as it will continue to use the old key.
