Debian Sarge

Sarge is now selectable directly from the Distribution Wizard (Debian 3.1).

To upgrade from Woody to Sarge:

  • Change all (non-local) references to "woody" to "sarge" in /etc/apt/sources.list.
  • Remove all references to non-us in sources.list.
  • Use the following commands: 
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
  • Enjoy
