Once in the channel, feel free to ask questions. The people in the channel can generally answer any questions not related to billing issues.
Most of the ops in the channel (those whose names are prefixed with an '@' symbol) are the employees, and they can help you with billing questions. As of this page's last update, they include array, bkaplan, brianok, caker, deaton, ericoc, heckman, irgeek, jed, lmatos, lsabota, mikegrb, Perihelion, Praefectus, psandin, restelow, rmyers, stan_theman, tasaro, and tparker.
linbot, which will sometimes also appear as a channel op on #linode, is an IRC bot that provides some additional services on the channel. For more information on interacting with linbot, try saying "commands" in a private message.

[edit] Linbot Commands
There's loads stored, but there may be helpful providing assistance in the channel.
[edit] Misc
- !ask -> If you have a question, please just ask it. Don't look for topic experts. Don't ask to ask. Don't PM! Don't ask if people are awake, or in the mood to help. Just ask the question straight out.
- !specific -> We can't help you if we don't know what we're looking at. There's no reason to obscure your IP address or domain name, and it will probably help us help you faster. Don't keep us guessing!
