Once in the channel, feel free to ask questions. The people in the channel can generally answer any questions not related to billing issues.

As of this page's last update, they include array, bkaplan, brianok, caker, deaton, ericoc, heckman, irgeek, jed, lmatos, lsabota, mikegrb, Perihelion, Praefectus, psandin, restelow, rmyers, stan_theman, tasaro, and tparker.

linbot, which will sometimes also appear as a channel op on #linode, is an IRC bot that provides some additional services on the channel. For more information on interacting with linbot, try saying "commands" in a private message.
