Htaccess Rewrite Help

I need help setting up a rewrite rule to rewrite everything coming from one domain to point to another on my server. EX: domainA.com to point to domainB.com on my server.

I do not specialize in server side changes and would like to pay for this help.

Would mod_alias work instead?

Redirect permanent / http://domainB.com/
