Is Linode transfer pooled?

Let's say I have four 4GB linodes on my account. Each of those comes with 4TB transfer per month for a total of 16TB between them. If one transfers 10TB and the others transfer only 1TB each for a total of 13TB, will I still hit an overage on the linode that is transferring 10TB or are they all pooled and I just have to stay under 16TB total?

Thanks in advance for any input!

It's all pooled and incoming traffic isn't counted.
