Linode Size?

I'm sure this will get slightly opinionated responses, but I want to break down a situation for you all and see if you concur.

I have a client (restaurant owner) who has hired me to create and manage their website. They are looking for a CMS solution so that their head barkeep can update the website with pictures and that sort of thing.

I'm thinking a Linode 2GB will be more than enough to handle this task, but I'm not entirely positive. My current Linode is a 4GB, but that might be a bit overkill.

What say you?

You could start with a 4GB and size it down to a 2GB if you find you aren't using all of its resources (or the reverse) after a couple months.
