Renaming a disk

Once you've created the new disk for your server, you can edit the name for the disk using the following steps:

1. Go to the "Settings" tab for the server
2. Click the "+" sign under the "Advanced Configurations" option
3. Locate your new disk and click the 3 dots to the right of it and select "Rename"
4. From the pop-up box, change the name of the disk and save the changes.

I just wanted to make a quick update to this - It looks like the Cloud Manager UI has changed a little since this post was made, and the steps now look like this:

1. Click on your Linode in the Cloud Manager
2. Go to the "Advanced" tab for your Linode
3. Locate your new disk and click the 3 dots to the right of it and select "Rename"
4. From the pop-up box, change the name of the disk and save the changes.
