If you close my account, do I have to pay the Uninvoiced Balance?

Yes. It's no different than going to a restaurant and deciding you don't want to finish your meal. You still have to pay for it.

If I have a 20$ coupon, and in my "Uninvoiced Balance" 10$ do I have to pay or the coupon is sufficient

The credits will take care of the balance. You'll only see charges to your payment card if your balance exceeds your credit amount upon closing.
