Backup retore failed and Linode is not bootable

I had an access issue early today. Then I tried to restore a backup, which is a terrible step. The restore failed. The Linode cannot be booted anymore. None of my backup snapshots can be restored. My website and data is gone…

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue. If you haven't already done so, would you open a Support Ticket so we can get a look at your specific case. You can also send an email to support@linode.com.

I have recovered my Linode with help of customer support. Thanks for all the help!
