Occasional error 500 on my domain

So I'm running an Ubuntu 18.04 server to host my website and every ~60 seconds or so I get the following error:

Unable to load dynamic library 'sodium.so'

The error usually goes away after a few reloads, oddly enough.

Any idea what could be causing this issue?
