How do I run my Minecraft world?

I just made a Minecraft server, 2GB and I have no clue how to give myself op??? Am I missing something?

@aeonssoc Once you’ve created your world; the part of terminal window that says building your world with percentages, then finally done. That is the console window which you can run some commands.

To give yourself OP status type:
/op yourMinecraftname then press enter. You should see a message that says you’ve been made an operator.

If you type /help that will give a list of other commands you can run. However, once your an operator you can do the same thing in the game world through the chat.
