Have a Question about Linode Managed
I recently upgraded to manged services. I still don't don't understand what manged service is for? anybody explain me, The support is taking more than a day to answer questions..

You can find a wealth of information on our Managed service on this page. We also have a great docs page on the Managed service.
In short, this service allows you to setup monitored pages and provide credentials for us to access your Linode, whenever those run into an issue we would access your Linode and do our best to get things back up and running as well and sending you a ticket update so you know what we find.
