Steal time

Hi

Am I correct in saying that 'steal' is when my Linode wanted to use more CPU time but the shared server system decided I wasn't allowed it?

More correctly, it's the percentage of time spent in involuntary wait by the virtual CPU or CPUs while the hypervisor was servicing another virtual processor.
