Charts dipping at now()

I really don't like when interfaces show a dip at the end of the chart for no-data.

This is alarming, especially when looking at a CPU graph. I never want to see a CPU graph hitting 0 unless my machines have really stopped processing things (and that happens rarely!)

I don't understand - what would you prefer to see on the chart when there is no data?
