Guides - Access Your VLAN's Details

Linode’s VLANs (Virtual Local Area Networks) feature allows you to create private L2 networks in the cloud where Linodes can communicate privately and securely. Two or more Linodes connected via the VLAN can see each other as if they were directly connected to the same physical Ethernet network.

Create a Linode account to try this guide with a $100 credit.
This credit will be applied to any valid services used during your first 60 days.
  1. Log into your Linode Cloud Manager account.

  2. Click the Linodes link in the sidebar.

  3. Select a Linode. The Linode’s detail page appears.

  4. Click on the Configurations tab.

  5. From the configuration tab, the Network Interfaces column on the Configurations table will contain details on the VLAN configuration.

  6. To see more details, select the Edit button next to the configuration profile the VLAN is attached to.

  7. Find the Network Interfaces section.

  8. On your Virtual LAN’s details page, you can access and edit all VLAN configuration options.
