Linode Honored with 2021 People’s Choice Stevie® Award for Favorite Customer Service

‘People’s Choice’ Honor Caps Five Additional Stevie Awards Bestowed Upon Linode in 2021, including “Customer Service Department of the Year”

PHILADELPHIA – March 10, 2021 – Alternative cloud computing provider Linode has been voted the favorite provider of customer service in computer services by more than 44,000 votes cast in the 2021 People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service

The worldwide public vote was conducted as part of the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the world’s top honors for contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals.

The awards will be presented to honorees during a virtual awards ceremony on April 14.

All organizations honored in the Customer Service Department of the Year awards categories of this year’s Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service were eligible to be included in voting for the People’s Choice Stevie Awards. In addition to receiving a Silver Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Services division, Linode received four other Stevie Awards:

  • Silver Award for Customer Service Training or Coaching Program of the Year – Technology Industries
  • Silver Award for Customer Service Training or Coaching Program of the Year – Technology Industries
  • Silver Award for Best Customer Feedback Strategy
  • Bronze Award for Best Return on Customer Service Investment
