Access my server with a domain name

Hi all, how can I access my Linode box using a domain name , I've added a domain I use for email but it doesn't seem to work ( works for email but I can't ping it )

It must of been a DNS issue as it's working now

It generally takes 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate around the world. Depending on your location, that time may be shorter but 48 hours is the generally-accepted minimum time.
