E-mail service very slow
I am sending mail from my WordPress site. but mail received after 90 second and more time.
So please share better idea for this.

If you're using a WP plugin to send mail instead of a real mail server with all the many security/safety accoutrements and reputation an email recipient has a right to expect, you might as well get used to this.
The recipient server (e.g., gmail.com ) is probably greylisting your WP site when your plugin tries to connect to make sure you're not a spammer. Once received, your messages are probably subject to numerous header checks, body checks, BL checks (e.g., spamhaus.org), spam filtering, DKIM/SPF verification, etc. All of this is to determine if you and your server are who you say you are and the message isn't spam.
If your site were to send an email message to my server, the greylisting process alone would take a minimum of 5 minutes before your site could even connect to my server (if your WP site is impatient, it will take longer). The malware/phishing/spam traps happen after that…
