My site can't be reached

I'm going to need some more information:

• How? via web-server?
• Can you ping the domain name/IP address?
• Is your Linode running? Is the web server running?
• Did you install updates recently? Which distro do you use?

Inquiring minds want to know…

I'm running a Linode with the one click wordpress configuration, it's running Debian 10 and the unexpected error is, I try to access via web browser my Wordpress site via the domain or Linode IP address I get a Can't reached server.

My domain is sarahquintana.design and the IP address is 96.126.97.222, only the IP can be ping and with my domain gets me a message like this "ping: cannot resolve sarahquintana.design: Unknown host"

Yes, my Linode is running and when I reboot my server, the console apache is running "OK" so… I guess the web server is running.

No, I didn't install updates.

Also in another forum thread ( https://www.linode.com/community/questions/11502/cannot-reach-server )
The person found that his Linode is listening another port, maybe that can be my problem. If it is how can I check the port that my Linode is listening.

When I tried to query the flavor of your web server, I got:

This leads me to believe that DNS is not set up correctly. The IPv4 address you gave "forwards" to the IPv6 address:
