zen.spamhause blacklisting via cbl.abuseat.org?

Any idea why my email from is being blacklisted by cbl.abuseat.org if I'm using zen.spamhause?

I'm really bothered from false positive and I'm really bothered from spam.

Zen includes XBL

http://www.spamhaus.org/zen/

XBL includes cbl.abuseat.org

http://www.spamhaus.org/xbl/
