qpopper parser program test

Hi, I developed a log file parser for qpopper that runs in the windows environment. i was hoping i could post the URL for someone to try the software but i'm unsure if links are allowed. it's freeware. i hope to port it to linux soon.

thanks.

Ok, looks like links are allowed so here's the URL of the software:

http://www.westky.com/stuff.php

It's in early stage and reports username, ip address, and date of pop3 logins. you can export to tab delimitted format for use in excel or MS access. has liveupdate also.

this will work for you if your log files are in the following format:

Aug 8 08:24:49 zeus qpopper[1401]: Stats: asims 0 0 0 0 my.host.com 192.168.1.1

or

Aug 8 08:24:49 zeus popper[1401]: Stats: asims 0 0 0 0 my.host.com 192.168.1.1

did i mention it's FREE? :)

would appreciate if someone could simply test it for me.

thanks very much.
