Empecé a desarrollar Linode a finales de 2002/principios de 2003, dejando voluntariamente mi empleo en una muy buena empresa relacionada con la salud. Me dije a mí mismo que si no era un éxito a finales de año (2003) lo dejaría. Así que este fue el año del ajuste de cuentas para mí y mi búsqueda de la felicidad empresarial de toda la vida.
Linode se lanzó el 16 de junio de 2003. Gracias a vosotros, Linode es un [b]éxito total[/b] y cuenta con una gran base sobre la que madurar el servicio, crecer y seguir limando asperezas; tal y como hemos hecho en los últimos 6 meses. Vuestras sugerencias y ánimos contribuyen a mejorar la experiencia general de Linode para todos, y no puedo agradecéroslo lo suficiente.
Por favor, acepta mi eterna gratitud, y mis mejores deseos para el nuevo año para ti y los tuyos.

Chris, thanks for providing a great product and great service. I hope you have enjoyed running Linode as much as I have enjoyed using it.
Its a relief that Chris has been successful and not shut down, I agree with gmt, this is an excellent product, lets hope that linode continues to be as good as it is now.
Having bought a years worth of Linode 96 from Jan 1 , my money is where my mouth is.
My only wish is that in the New Year Chris finds a way to clone himself so support will be 24/7.
