Linode Managerの新バージョンがリリースされました！たくさんの特典がついています。 コードの再編成（これは私たち開発者にとって嬉しいことです）に加えて、多くの既存の機能の位置も再編成されました。しかし、本当のニュースは、これによりいくつかのクールな機能を実装することができました。
シングルサインオン
- 1つのLinode.comアカウントで複数のLinodeをより直感的に管理できるようになりました。
- 複数のアカウントをリンクさせる必要はありません。
- Linodeにはいつでも変更可能なラベルを付けることができ、複数のLinodeの識別が容易になりました。
- お客様のアカウントにLinodeを追加するのは簡単なことです。 以下のように簡単です。Linodeサブタブの "Add a Linode "リンクをクリックし、プランを選択して確定します。完了です。
- ご要望の多かったユーザーネームの変更が可能になりました。 アーメン。
マルチユーザー対応
- お客様のアカウントにログインできるLinode.comユーザーを追加で作成できるようになりました。
- このシステムでは、ユーザーのアクセスを特定のLinodeやDNSゾーンに制限したり、「課金専用」のユーザーを作成したりすることができます。
- タイムゾーンの設定が、ユーザー単位とカスタマー単位に分かれました。
インスタンス・デイ・ビリング
- Amazonの EC2 と同様に、この機能では Linode やエクストラを追加し、それらを削除した際に日割りでアカウントにクレジットを付与することができます。これは、短期的なプロジェクトやタスクに最適です（または、友人に本番サーバーへのアクセスを許可せずに、Linodeの素晴らしさを伝えたい場合）。
Linode.comアカウントパーシスタンス
- アカウントからすべてのLinodeを削除しても（アカウントをキャンセルしなくても）、Linode.comのログインは有効なままです。
- いつでも戻ってきて、残っているクレジットを使うことができます。
- DNSゾーンは残りますが、請求可能なLinodeをお持ちでない限り、サービスは提供されません。
WebベースのAJAXコンソール
- 何ヶ月も前に実装していましたが、公式な発表はありませんでした。 Linodeへのブラウザベースのコンソールアクセスが可能になりました。
- ブラウザのコンソールで自動的に認証されます。 ユーザー名とパスワードを入力する必要はありません。
- 各データセンターにはコンソールサーバーがあります。 コンソールを起動すると、Linodeと同じデータセンターにあるコンソールサーバーに誘導されます。
グラフ
- CPUとネットワークのグラフを補完するディスクIOのグラフ
- 新しいグラフヒストリーインターフェース
サポートチケット
- チケットは、特定のオブジェクト（LinodeまたはDNSゾーン）に関して開くことができます。
- そのオブジェクトにアクセスできるすべてのユーザーは、チケットを見ることができ、Eメールでチケットの更新情報を受け取り、チケットに参加することができます。

Btw, if it’s possible, could you also put the host’s hostname (which host the Linode is on) in the Linode Manager front page (which lists all Linodes linked to the account) as well? For example, right before or right after the Location column?

Brilliant! The instance-day billing is just what I’ve been looking for. Been thinking about rebuilding my server from scratch, clearing out the cruft, but couldn’t really do it without downtime. This provides just such a mechanism!

You should feature the instance-day billing on the front page it is a very appealing feature.
I thought I’d read about it somewhere on your site, but I was having a hard time finding it until I decided to work my way back through your blog. Even then, I almost missed it.
The Linode manager is an accessible web-based software interface to Windows screen readers, I must say.
The only application wich doesn’t work too well is the Ajax console, but oh well.
Otherwise, it’s an amazing manager!
I would happily refer over 10 billion new customers to Linode!
