WHM not showing accurate Disk Usage for Accounts

I'm having an issue with WHM not showing the accurate disk usage for accounts.

The Linode support team tried a couple things but nothing seemed to have resolved the issue.

The last thing that was done was from the following URL….http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=875059

Any suggestions would be great. Thx
