Please help! huge outbound data transfer during past weeks.30Mbits/sec plug

All, my linode was running good for a year or so. but now it have been sending out 30 Mbits/sec for periods of time in the last few weeks, and maxed out my data transfer quota very quickly.

Currently= 2567GB Used, 2516GB Quota. I have no idea what is happening. Need help!
