Best way to setup multiple node balancers

Hi everyone, this may seem simple but I am new to Linode and Node Balancers

I am currently using a Node Balancer but it is already touching 4K concurrent Connections and the limit is 10k

Now I want to set up two load balancers but am confused what is the best way to do that.

I heard something about round robin DNS lookup but don't know much about it.

Any kind of help is appreciated :)
