Can't connect to Shadowsocks server in my VPS.

Hi,

The followings are my VPS situations:

1. Can pinged to the VPS;
2. Can't use ssh(secureCRT) to login VPS;
3. shadowsocks server already run on the VPS, but clients can't connect to it;
4. Server OS, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS;

What should I do for these situations?
